Everyone is important, everyone is special, every story needs to be listened to, every story needs to be told. Therefore our unicity is our real strength and our particular skill that we are looking from long ago, just use it and share it,

Courage, Discipline, Sacrifice.
Three words really deep and sounds we all know well. Every day we found a way to be brave, to behave healty and to renounce to something, sometimes in order to fulfill the first two.

But is it really what we want? Or we force ourself to think it in this way?

We feel uncomfortable to not be as the others expectations want. We feel as we betray the society, our parents or our friends.

In real we betray ourself everyday.

With disrespect and nonchalance cause we strongly believe we need to be a part of something. We have to be accepted, loved, embraced and collocated, we could say stored in a category. So people can better understand us, we can better understand them.

Bullshit!

Nobody despite love, trust and respect could really understand someone else; for the simple reason that he/she/it “is” someone else.

Don’t mistake my words as I don’t care or I am cynical, I am simply saying there is no way it could happen.

So instead of “understanding” the other, why don’t simply accept it?

As it is, without the egoistic idea you will feel why he is wearing glitter green pants on a sunday morning or why she is biking alone on a tandem. You will not understand, but you can feel it.

If you stop and listen to their story you will feel it.

There you will need Courage, to step in an unknown path that doesn’t include your beloved Ego.

Then you will need discipline, to not let your body act as it already know, but move it to your side, to where you want it to go.

To close you’ll need to Sacrifice yourself, not to be a martyr, but to not let yourself interrupt you, criticize you and what you are feeling.

Maybe you don’t understand, why that homeless guy is screaming at his bag and those two teen are dressed with lipsticks, but engaging them in your life they will resonate and you will feel vulnerable, exactly as they feel.

A tear is never wasted, and there are always 3 seconds to greet the moon.
